Amended Terms and Conditions - COVID-19 at Style by Nature
Here at Style by Nature, we love our Port Melbourne shop and the sense of community it brings with it. With that said & in accordance with Government regulations, to help protect our community. We are limiting the number of customers in the store so the process will become, 1 out, 1 in – we now have an easy click online store, offering delivery around the Port Melbourne & inner & outer -metropolitan area,
At Style by Nature, we have the very fortunate job of spreading happiness to your loved ones, and we want to make sure that it is only love & happiness we are spreading, and nothing else. By limiting our direct interactions with customers and the public, we aim to keep our staff, their families, and your loved ones safe.
As a precaution, we will no longer be delivering to schools, hospitals and nursing homes, instead only to residential addresses and businesses with a reception. We are restricted from delivering to lock down suburbs. Our Drivers will be limiting the time they spend in buildings – delivering to the receptions in office buildings (instead of directly to the recipient), and will be knocking on doors at residences & leaving the flowers on the doorstep, instead of waiting for someone to come to the door. Where possible, we ask that you opt to deliver flowers to a house rather than a business, to help protect our couriers and staff as much as possible.
Our staff are being sensible in their personal lives also. We are all fully committed to the government regulations limiting contact & our time in public spaces, and are practicing the recommended social distancing for the foreseeable future. We are ensuring that our shop & workspaces are clean & hygienically sanitized regularly
PLEASE NOTE COVID-19 Substitution Policy:
Images are used as guides only and variety & colour may not be exactly the same as the final product. In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS & INFORMATION
Style by Nature delivers to the Melbourne area with our local courier service & all costs are zoned & listed by clicking on your required suburb or postcode at checkout
During these unusual times - we have adjusted our delivery policies inline with government regulations to our Covid Contactless delivery
All flowers ordered by telephone or in-store & all bespoke designs will incur the standard $10.00 Port Melbourne delivery fee unless specified.
Same Day Delivery
Style by Nature can offer same day delivery 6 days a week with the exclusion of Public holidays with orders placed before 11am on that day. to ensure business deliveries can be achieved before 5pm
We reserve the right to refuse an order if for any circumstances it is unable to be delivered on your chosen date - you will be contacted immediately to discuss alternatives or refund if this situation occurs.
Flowers will be delivered from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays. Delivery charges are stated when placing order online or by phone. For specific delivery times, there will be a surcharge. Please call to confirm. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Please make sure when placing your order that you have given us the full postal address of the recipient & their contact number, with any special instructions and you must include your contact details including mobile or daytime telephone number & your email address
Special Instructions includes deliveries to hospitals, hotels, restaurant bookings and offices
Style by Nature will try their best to deliver every order.
If for some reason we are unable to deliver your order we will call the contact numbers filled out on the order form to ask for your permission on what to do next.
If no one responds after five minutes the courier will move on and the following options are available. The order may be picked up from our Port Melbourne store, or a new delivery may be arranged, which will incur another delivery fee.
The following reasons Style by Nature may not be able to deliver your goods could be:
- Recipient refuses to accept delivery of the flowers
- Address provided is incorrect
- Occupants are not at the location and have a locked property
- If the building has strict security and won’t accept the flowers.
- Business address is closed.
If incorrect numbers, address, locations or delivery information are supplied, Style by Nature cannot be held liable for failed deliveries. Additional fees may be required for redelivery.
Recipient "Not at Home"
We will always endeavour to deliver your flowers within the proposed allocated time slot and in perfect condition. If Style by Nature is given permission to leave flowers at the address by the sender, we cannot be held liable for what happens with the flowers once they are delivered & left as per the senders request. If you have specified that flowers can be left at recipient’s property if not home then Style by Nature’s drivers will leave flowers in a water source and in a safe shady spot.
If the recipient is not at the location when the delivery is made and there is a locked property, Style by Nature will call or SMS the sender and recipient to confirm what the next option is. If Style by Nature cannot get in touch with either parties then an executive decision will be made to bring the flowers back to the shop. Additional delivery charges may apply if Style by Nature has to deliver the flowers more than once. Alternatively, the recipient or sender may have to collect the order at the florist's premises in Port Melbourne during business hours if sender does not want to redeliver flowers.
Style by Nature will not be held responsible for delivery of goods to incorrect addresses. You must check the delivery details when making your order so that we can provide the best service.

NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We are a member of the Petals network of National and international florists - all out of area deliveries therefore may be ordered by calling us on 61 3 9646 7171 & will be processed through Petals - Eflorist. separate timelines & Delivery Charges apply to this service, as does their own T&C's
AMENDMENT OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you would like to amend or cancel the order please notify us by telephone on 61 3 9646 7171, 24 hours before the delivery date.(48 hours prior for Eflorist national/international orders)
The Majority of products sold on this website are flowers- therefore a perishable & naturally grown product, their lifespan & availability is dependent on their season & variety & some will indeed live longer than others in a Mixed floral design
Style by Nature handles returns & refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation
We want you to be happy and satisfied with our service. if your flower delivery is incorrect or damaged or you are not satisfied with the quality of your bouquet we are happy to discuss this with you .
Please contact Style by Nature within 3 days of purchase by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 03 9646 7171 to discuss your issue so we can determine the best outcome to the problem.
Style by Nature will not accept returns based on change of mind or design.
In a case of all the care instructions being followed & the flowers not lasting the said 3 days, or if the incorrect goods have been produced Style by Nature is also able to provide at our discretion, other solutions, such as resending new flowers, or a gift certificate the value of which remains at Style by Nature’s discretion. Where the physical product is unable to be returned or collected, Style by Nature reserves the right to request images of said goods for our records. Please note, replacement flowers, refunds or gift certificates will not be sent if the original goods have been disposed of or images have not been sent
We will endeavour to exchange your goods within 24 hours or offer a full refund. (48 hours prior for Eflorist national/international orders)
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Alcoholic beverages
- Some personal care items eg: hand cremes, soaps
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 72 hours after delivery

Every effort will be made to create an arrangement of the shape, size and color and using any flower varieties specified, according to the order description. Style by Nature reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types and colours.
Images found on this site are used as guides only and variety & colour may not be exactly the same as the final product. In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
Style by Nature reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions of the contents or packaging with an item of equal or greater value. according to the practical availability of specific flower types and colours.The substituted items will closely match the original choice. Should we feel that the order cannot be processed due to lack of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative.
The personal information that you give us will enable us to process your order. Style by Nature is committed to the protection of personal information. Style by Nature will maintain the integrity of data collection, We may use this information to contact you about our great offers or promotions and so that we can improve and develop the services that we offer.

When making national and International orders your details will be processed through Petals/Teleflorist members to complete the delivery. This information will not be used other than to carry out the order.
